Aimed at a new generation of homeowners, Colne View is ideal for anyone who sets their sights a little higher. Consisting of 37 contemporary and superbly finished apartments, our challenge was to spark interest in buyers before building even started.

Moving forward.

Colchester is a young, forward thinking and open minded town. Our audience is a new generation who are seeking to live just one step closer to London and in a town which is buzzing and full of culture. With high expectations for quality and specification, our communications should not only talk about the location but also that the homes will be ready in every respect.

Reflecting in the water.

We took so much inspiration from the waterfront location of this property, imagining the residents looking out over the water, relaxing after work. The water inspired our brand mark, using curves and waves to construct the letterform. Finishing the mark in a glimmering blue foil on an uncoated blue stock, reminiscent of the sun sparkling on the ripples of the river. Throughout the design is bold and confident, with large impactful floor plans and typography. With all plots now reserved, we are excited to see how people settle in and enjoy their new homes.
