With a rural location so close to the city centre, these luxurious homes were going to receive a lot of interest. Heritage Developments required a sales pack which reflected the high end finish of the properties, and that they are homes to be admired, cherished and enjoyed.

The size and specification of the homes would be ideal for older couples or young families, those who had disposable income and often added a touch of luxury to their lives. The brand and sales material had to appeal to this audience and communicate the convenience of the location, allowing residents to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, combined with the luxury and amenities of city life on their doorstep.

For the brand mark, we used a pine cone to reflect the surrounding countryside and woodland of Fir Hill. The luxurious colour palette of rich claret and gold reflects Heritage’s ethos of heritage and tradition, juxtaposed with a contemporary, sleek layout to appeal to the professional audience. The finished sales pack was a delight to hold in your hands, opening up a folder to reveal a brochure nestled inside. Every detail was considered, from the detailed floor plans to the touch of gold on the cover.
