Sika
VIDEO PRODUCTION
BATTERSEA POWER STATION CASE STUDY
We were briefed to write and produce a video case study for Sika's involvement in the Battersea Power Station regeneration project, which saw it supply 30,000m3 of waterproof concrete. The project included location research and scouting, casting, storyboarding, directing, videography, and editing. We produced three different length cuts for use on various platforms.

We created the development name and site branding following considered target audience and location research. This work helped us to develop marketing including brochure, copywriting, advertising, copywriting, and CGI site and floor plans. All properties on the development were sold faster than expected, with the developer crediting our work on targeting the right audience and the quality of creative as a leading factor in delivering high-quality leads to the sales team.

NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COLLEGE ENGLAND EAST
Our brief was to transform a college’s uninspiring and run-down social area into a functional and appealing area for college students. For those living on-site for residential courses, a stylish and comfortable space that provided home comforts and a place to unwind was essential. We were tasked with reconfiguring the flow and use of the spaces to make it more functional and develop a creative vision for the main communal area, pool rooms, kitchen, dining area, individual breakout area, lounge, games room and an outside space. Following the success of this project we were also asked to look at the college's new teaching and independent learning spaces too.

UNITY WHARF
We were asked to come up with a branding and brochure concept for a development in West London, portraying the vibrant community lifestyle that can be found at waterside developments in the city. The concept involved an ever-changing and adaptable visual identity, combining digital and physical assets to create a seamless, interactive narrative across various touchpoints.








Halsbury Homes

ST ANDREW'S PARK
Halsbury Homes build high-specification, traditionally designed homes in East Anglia and the South East. We were briefed to help market its St Andrew's Park development. As part of this work we created a new brochure style, designed to become a stylish, flexible design template to be used for subsequent developments. We also produced a site plan, plot cards, and downloadable assets for the company’s website.

BRANDING & WAYFINDING
NORTHERN GATEWAY SPORTS PARK
Following an update to the Northern Gateway brand guidelines (a destination brand designed by our Creative Director), we were asked to define the site's wayfinding and create the look and feel for the Sports Park, including sub-branding, illustration style, messaging/copywriting and signage.








GREAT YARMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL

THE PLACE
We were briefed to define a new name and brand for an iconic building in the centre of Great Yarmouth, a well-loved former department store that anchored the town centre for almost a century. Its £17m transformation into a university centre, library, and learning centre is very high-profile with much public interest and sentiment. As a result, we looked to make the project a truly collaborative process. We conducted workshops, focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and user testing to develop a robust brand system that clearly illustrates the ethos of the development, the purpose of the new building, and the needs of the varying audiences.

Fuel STUDIOS
Fuel Studios in Norwich is one of TCN's creative workspaces, inspiring places for innovative businesses both large and small. Tenants have access to stylish communal spaces, break-out areas and meeting rooms. We have supported TCN with the development and installation of interior graphics at Fuel Studios, as well as providing other services such as copywriting, space planning, CGIs, and photography.

Fleur Homes

PARRISHES
Development marketing for a small collection of coastal homes, our work included branding, brochure production, photography, house-type illustrations, site-plan and floor-plan styling, copywriting, email marketing and signage. Fleur won the Gold Award for Best Small Housebuilder at the prestigious national WhatHouse? Awards, with the brochure described as “exceptional” and "almost (like a) mini-tour guide”.




Orchard homes

A rebrand for a Norfolk-based developer with an outstanding reputation for quality, traditionally built homes. Having found great success through word-of-mouth, they were determined to match its brand to the quality of its homes. We developed a new brand, including guidelines, brochure style, signage style and various brand applications to create a cohesive, high-quality identity.
